Our recent family stay at Radisson was a blend of comfort and disappointment, beginning with the warm welcome from Anna and Emer. The lush green surroundings provided a calming backdrop for our holiday, and the clean, cozy bedrooms ensured a good night's sleep for our group of 20. The breakfast spread was decent, and Vicky's attentive service was a highlight. As a landscape photographer, I appreciate the beauty of natural settings, and the Radisson's green area was a bonus for capturing some nature shots.Unfortunately, our experience was marred by inconsistent service in the pool and restaurant. The lack of coordination and attention left us feeling anxious and out of place. Even after bringing up our concerns, the manager's dismissive response added to our discomfort, leading us to cut our stay short.While the Radisson offers family-friendly amenities, our experience highlighted the importance of consistent and accommodating service for a pleasant stay. We hope for improvements to match the warm hospitality we initially received.
